Steel plate calibrated with a curved ruler, anti-friction coating. Nylon rings are inserted into the holes for centering and so as not to scratch the bobbin cases. The probes have magnets for holding on the surface of the plate. The probes are duralumin anodized, but the anode is removed from the working surfaces to avoid damage to the heads. All Bars are individually calibrated according to Ioganson’s tiles.

If you don’t have test tapes and other electronic instruments to fine-tune, or you don’t necessarily need to set up the record perfectly. Then our Tool will help you set up the recorder quite well without everything else!

This bar is used to set the height of the belt direction.

 

This bar is used to set the perpendicularity
of the working surface of the heads relative
to the plane of the cassette.

 

This bar has a red dot. It is used to set the
depth of insertion of the heads into the cassette.

 

This bar has tabs on the edges for easy adjustment
of heads that have slots on the edges of the tape.
These heads are usually installed in
Nakamichi transports.

 

The calibration plate is made of steel and
has a black protective and anti-friction
coating.
Nylon rings are inserted in the holes
to protect against damage to the transport components
and to center the plate in the transport.

 

The Adjustment Head Bar must be positioned
so that it fits into the notch when closed.
