Shaft for Arms Pinch Rollers. For second generation Nakamichi

20.00

Some models were equipped with shafts without threads and adjustment nuts, which made adjusting the roller height more difficult. They used a tension split ring, which was perhaps convenient during factory assembly. However, during deck maintenance, manual height adjustment becomes extremely inconvenient, and the split ring can loosen and disrupt the settings.

The kit includes two shafts with two plastic nuts featuring a slotted head and fine threads. They easily fit into the tape drive mechanism sleeve for convenient height adjustment but require epoxy resin or thread-locking compound for proper fixing.
